Low sugar/ High protein pina colada :)

No Added Sugar Low Glycemic Pina Colada
Serves: 2

Skill Level: Easy

Ingredients:
2 scoops Vanilla protein shake mix
1 cup water
a tiny dash of stevia
2 cups ice
1 teaspoon pineapple extract
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

Directions:
Mix in a blender till smooth and creamy. You could add 1 ounce of light Rum if you prefer an alcoholic beverage. While it will effect the sugars, it will not effect the carbs.
